Faster and more precise are not problems for us. 1、Responsibilities: • Effectively communicate with customers and achieve sales goal. • Effectively manage Customer queries, subscriptions, complaints and refunds via email and phone around the Middle East. • Work on improving Customer Service guidelines and procedures • Provide accurate Arabic translation to Assist the marketing team. • Collect marketing information to assist the marketing team. 2、Requirements: • University Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields • Minimum 1 years of customer service experience. • Experience in online e-commerce highly preferred. • Positive mind-set with strong sense of commitment and ownership • Excellent command of spoken and written English; Native English is preferred
